1. Platform Role

ABSL provides corporate travel management, freight forwarding, and construction services to businesses and individuals.

2. Mandatory Purchases Through Admin

For your safety and protection, all bookings must be completed through the ABSL Client Portal. This ensures buyer protection, verified transactions, and dispute resolution.

Any booking made outside of the ABSL Client Portal is not the liability of ABSL. We cannot assist with disputes, fraud, or losses arising from off-platform transactions.

3. No Direct Contact Sharing

All client-business communication must go through the ABSL Client Portal or official contact channels.

4. Verification Responsibility

Clients should verify service details through our team. Service providers are responsible for the accuracy of their offerings.

5. Limitation of Liability

ABSL is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from transactions conducted outside the ABSL Client Portal.
